Today was Jadins send off to the Army. We had a time of love, tears and laughter yesterday. The grief is strange. On one hand I am so very proud of him, he has committed to 6-8 years. He path is leading to be a Green Beret medic.. amazing to me .
On the other hand, our family unit is a puzzle, when you have one missing piece of the puzzle you see the emptiness.
We sent him off knowing he is adored , loved, believed in and has a family that has his back as he goes and stands up and protects our country.
