We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to file insurance claims or process card payments until Freedom Fiber is repaired. Our phone lines are down and new prescriptions are not coming through on the e-prescription system. We CAN refill prescriptions already on file or fill a new prescription if you have the hard copy in hand. We are open and will do what we can to help you while our internet service is down!
