Red Light, Blue Light. Which LED light treatment is appropriate for your skin? We can walk you through the process. Remember not all LED lights are the same. You need to be no more than 12” from the light otherwise it is not truly effective. Also sunscreen and makeup will not allow the light to pe*****te the skin. We have 3 different modalities to treat anything from age spots to wounds and scars. Treatments start at $15 per treatment.

We are sorry to announce we are closing our Gulf breeze location. Much of our staff has relocated and is starting school. We want to make sure we can still offer a quality service with hours that work for as many of our clients as possible. For that reason we are committed to focusing on our Pensacola location at 505 S Adams Street. We look forward to seeing you there.

Sweet, smart, athletic, empathetic. These are just a few of the words I could use to describe my employee Sarah. Sarah started as a client at Chill and then I asked her to come to work for me. My clients all lover her. She has worked for me in both Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. She was a star softball pitcher at Gulf Breeze HS as well an excellent volleyball player. I knew I would probably lose Sarah in August but her family is moving to Jacksonville, so it will just be a little sooner. She always puts a smile on everyone’s face and she will truly be missed! I wish you every success in the future and July is coming much too quickly.

Chill items I carry in my tennis bag:direct Freeze roll on. Easy roll on, so I can reach anything. Great for that slight arthritis pain I have in my knee when I first start playing early in the morning. I also have used it on my lower back. Never head to the courts without it. Our clients love using our compression boots. They are great for tired sore legs, clearing out lactic acid and circulating lymphatic fluid. Wherever you go to use compression boots make sure that your legs are above your heart. This is what enable the lactic acid and built up fluid to be transported out.
