Hi, I’m Whitney, the heart behind Awen Massage!

If you’re new here, welcome! I thought it was time to properly introduce myself.

I’m a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people slow down, heal, and reconnect with themselves. I believe true wellness isn’t just about relaxing muscles—it’s about caring for the mind, body, and spirit as one.

The name Awen (pronounced ah-win) comes from Celtic tradition and means flowing inspiration or divine energy. That meaning perfectly reflects my vision: creating a peaceful space where your body can release tension, your mind can find stillness, and your spirit can breathe.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, everyday stress, headaches, sore muscles, or you simply need an hour that’s completely yours, I’m here to help.

When I’m not in the massage room, I’m a wife, a mom, a lover of nature, and someone who truly believes that healing happens in many forms.

It is with so much excitement and gratitude that I can finally introduce my new business… Awen Massage!

This has been a dream that has taken months of hard work, dedication, and faith to bring to life. From long days in massage school to becoming licensed, every step has led me here. I truly can’t wait to begin this journey of helping others find healing, relaxation, and balance.
Many of you have asked about the name, so I’d love to share its meaning.

Awen (pronounced ah-win) is a beautiful concept from Celtic mythology. It represents inspiration, flowing energy, and divine creative force. To me, it symbolizes the natural flow of healing that connects the mind, body, and spirit. It reflects exactly what I hope every client experiences when they walk through my door—a place to slow down, breathe deeply, release tension, and leave feeling renewed.

At Awen Massage, my goal is more than simply relieving sore muscles. I want to create a peaceful space where you can reconnect with yourself, restore your energy, and embrace wellness naturally.
