What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep” and is actually a laying down meditation that I call “the Goldilocks Zone” to the subconscious.
During yoga nidra I guide you through a one hour meditation while you lay down and follow along in your mind. You go into a theta brainwave state, so you aren’t fully asleep, but you aren’t fully awake. In this state you can have really beautiful intuitive insights!
Yoga Nidra has scientifically backed benefits such as enhanced sleep quality, lower heart rate, nervous system reset, greater presence in daily life, and an overall sense of calm and wellbeing.
