Oh to be on the receiving end of all this care 😌

The luxury of Sorella Apothecary skincare + the comfort of a floating silk cocoon

And 🎶 sound that feels as good as your freshly tended skin

Sorella is an experience all its own. The quality, the textures, the way your skin feels afterward…

And having Robyn and Katie bring it all to life with such an intentional touch… you can feel how much love has gone into every detail.

We’ve brought it all together for an afternoon that deserves a little more than the words “self care”

And your take home gift? 😱 A Sorella skincare ritual of your own. To carry this experience home 🎁

There are a lot of ways to spend a Friday night. I’m really grateful for everyone who chose to step away from the friday night festivities and spend a little time settling into the peace that this experience carries 🤍

And to the Kroc Center and their amazing team…thank you for making room for evenings like this. It means so much to be part of what you bring to our community 🙏

We share these evenings at the Kroc quarterly and I’m already looking forward to the next one. I would love to see you there 🤩

I shared this poem at this weeks Tuesday sound immersion and as many times as I’ve shared over the years it STILL gets me emotional

That last line just brings it home. It feels so tenderfully beautiful ✨

The comfort of knowing we dont have to be anything other than who/what/where we are and we still have a place here. A welcoming. A home 💝

For anyone trying to find their footing right now. I hope these words reach you and remind you… you have a place in the family of things 🙏🤍

A thought to carry into this Monday 🤍

Every person we meet has lived a whole life we know only pieces of

We may never know what it took for someone to get through today. But we can care about how we meet them in it 🫶

You all helped put The Sanctuary among the Top 3 finalists in the WXXV Viewers’ Choice Awards 🥹

Thank you to every person who took the time to vote. To know this little space means enough to you to put its name forward means so much 🙏

Every soul touched by an experience within these walls is a reason to keep pouring love into this work

Thank you for trusting this space with a little piece of your life. For telling your friends. For coming back. For helping The Sanctuary reach people who may need it.

There is so much heart behind what happens here. Thank you for meeting it with yours🤍
