There are so many things I love about what we do, but one of the greatest is being allowed to become a small part of someone’s health and wellness journey.

Over the years, I’ve watched people walk through our doors carrying stress, pain, exhaustion, grief, celebration, hope… sometimes all at once.

And I’ve watched our team meet them exactly where they are.

That means everything to me.

The Soak House was never meant to be just a place you come for a service. I wanted it to be a place where you feel cared for. A place where you can exhale. Where you can slow down, feel safe, and give your body and mind what they’ve been asking for.

To know that so many of you have trusted us to be part of that journey is something I will never take for granted.

Some people have a way of making others feel cared for before they ever say a word. For us, that person is Allison.

For six years, Allison has been part of the heart of The Soak House. As our Spa Manager, she understands that every person who walks through our doors is coming to us for a different reason.

Sometimes it’s to celebrate - a birthday, an anniversary, a girls’ day, or a moment they’ve been looking forward to for months.

And sometimes, they come because life feels heavy. They need quiet. Comfort. A place where they can exhale for a little while and simply feel safe.

Allison’s message in this Employee Spotlight is soft, sincere, and so much of what we believe at The Soak House: we meet people where they are. We may not always know the story they’re carrying when they walk through our doors, but we can make sure they feel welcomed, cared for, and given permission to slow down.

Allison is truly the glue that holds our little family together. She is loved deeply by our team, adored by our clients, and woven into so many of the special moments that have happened here over the past six years.

This September marks one year since Alyvia joined our team as a Spa Associate, and we’ve loved watching her grow right alongside us. She brings such a warm presence to the Soak House, and we’re especially excited about what’s ahead.

As our Lead Spa Associates, Tiffany has a genuine heart for people.
