Barfield Health Care Long Term Care Facility We are a licensed Nursing Home providing care and services to 113 residents.

We participate in Medicare, Medicaid and accept Private Pay Residents. We provide skilled care, intermediate care and have an Alzheimer/Dementia wing. We are family owned and operated facility providing quality care and services for residents by a caring, compassionate and professional staff.

What a beautiful day it is to worship GOD! We are so blessed that Center Baptist Church came to sing for our Residents! GOD knows no age HE holds us the same as we were small babies! Our Residents may not always remember their names but they always remember GOD what a wonderful blessing that is 🙌
