I’m a Therapeutic Movement Coach with a lifelong foundation in Pilates. With an experience-driven understanding of the body, I bring a thoughtful, informed, and compassionate approach to movement. I’m committed to ongoing education and regularly pursue advanced teacher training to better support my clients.
