Well friends, I finally got past my disgust for sardines and ate 6 of them in this recipe I concocted. 😋 It was great! I didn't taste or smell the sardines at all. Thought I would share it with those of you wanting to start incorporating them in your diet. 😍

This was a big deal for me because I have a huge aversion to all seafood, even though I know it's very healthy and I really want to like it! 🐟

Here is how I made them:

6 sardines, a big pat of butter, a tablespoon of coconut aminos, one zucchini, one sweet yellow onion, some salt and pepper and 3 strips of bacon.
