If you got a notice that we will not accept your insurance after August 28th: that is NOT true! We had to re-credential with Express Scripts, which manages a lot of insurances. When they informed us of this, apparently they'd already sent out notification to many of you that IF we didn't complete the process we wouldn't be able to bill your insurance! We DID complete the process, we ARE recredentialed with them, they have confirmed acceptance of us and said there will be NO disruption to services. If you have any more questions you can always call us!

We've been made aware of a new SCAM targeting people in our community!
❗️If you receive a letter saying you are being issued a NEW medicare number, CALL 1-800-MEDICARE to confirm this is a legitimate replacement. Replacements are RARE but POSSIBLE
👉 There WAS a data breach in June 2025 that required an issue of new cards for some people... unfortunately it seems scammers are trying to take advantage of this at the same time
👉 THE ONLY WAY to verify if a new number is legitimate is online at cms.gov OR by calling 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227)
❗️ ❗️❗️if there is a DIFFERENT NUMBER on the letter, or if they demand an activation fee, or if they say Medicare is switching to plastic cards, THAT IS A SCAM! ❗️❗️❗️

Happy New Year!
Please make sure you have your copy of your new insurance when you come in to get a script. Most of the time our computers can search this information, but if it doesn't, we will need to see your copy!
👉 Please note some medications, especially expensive name brands, may require new prior authorizations with the new insurance to be approved for coverage
👉 Some medications, like controlled pain killers, may have quantity limits for the first few fills with a new insurance

THANK YOU to everyone who supported our Toys for Tots initiative through Shepherd of the Hills ! All these toys will be taken up today.
👉 In total we were able to donate about $350 worth of toys!!!
💜 I know money is tight for almost everyone this year so THANK YOU again for your generosity.
👉 Most of this was from rounding up your change! Our average donation was 65 cents. Every penny counts!
Those tots sure will appreciate it!!
