With mistakes come wisdom the moment we accept, embrace and learn from our experiences of not letting our mistakes repeat again & again. The majority of our misery and despair come from the mistakes we've made that we can't take back and the consequences we now have to live with 😢🤦‍♀️.

When we bring our mistakes into our awareness, with the intention to shift our experience into something better long enough, the Truth of what needs to be done will eventually reveal itself to us naturally.

Whatever you discover, it'll be true for you. With self-love and the Will to do good to ourselves, we learn to take firm, decisive steps forward toward that Truth to direct us in the right direction to free us from future repeats and the cycle of self-imposed sufferings.

What matters most when getting right down to it, you're the one who has to live with yourself and all the decisions you made all day, 24 hours per day, and seven days a week for the rest of your life. So when you dwell on the mistakes, you are living in sadness, bringing yourself emotional pain 💔. And the different pains we all bear, either we can use it to make ourselves stronger and better, or we can let them make us cry.

When we make our pain larger than life, that becomes the basis of our suffering and fuels further negative outcomes. Life is not easy. May we all be a little softer with ourselves as we let go of the self-inflicted pain our mistakes have caused, so we may feel lighter as we move forward gracefully without fear & anguish to a braver, better tomorrow 🌈🌻.

We only got one planet.🌎

It is not whether something were to happen; it is already happening. Our mother earth is sick. The core issue with human existence is that we care and value our own pleasures more than everyone's and this planet's well-being.

Everything we do does make an impact. Even the smallest actions to reduce, educate, conserve, reuse and recycle do make a difference ♻.

Can we all take a step back and re-evaluate what we really need versus what we think we need & want that may ruin the earth even more than it already is.

We have all forgotten how to be good guests on this planet that shelters and feeds us. Today may we all treat this world like other creatures do; treat it with more respect starting from making conscious earth-friendly decisions and actions so our future generations may have a chance to enjoy the same beauty that we did 🌻🌹🌿.

The secret to finding happiness 😊

A wise teacher once brought balloons to school, told her pupils to blow them up and write their name on just one of the balloons. Then the children tossed their balloons into the hall as the teacher moved through the hall to thoroughly mix them all up 🎈🎈🎈.

The kids were given a few minutes to find the balloon with their name on it, but though they searched frantically, no one found their own balloon.

Then the teacher told them to take the balloon closest to them and give it to the person whose name was on it 💁‍♀️🎈🥰.

In less than two minutes, everyone was holding their own balloon!!
The teacher said to the children…💬

“These balloons are like happiness. We won’t find it when we’re only searching for our own. But if we care about someone else’s happiness…it will ultimately help us find our own.”

This story is so simple yet so profound...

In a world that is continually being divided, it's more important than ever before that we find ways to connect, unify, collaborate so we may bridge understanding, love, and heal.❤️

Today ask yourself, what will I do today to help somebody else find their "balloon"🎈??

What IF today and every day, by default, is already a beautiful day?🌈🌼😊 You are already living in it, and now you just have to go look for its evidence all around you. 💞 Today may you look out into this world with a filtered lens of peace, love, and happiness, and play a game with yourself to see what evidence of these higher feeling thoughts you can find.

When you find even the smallest of evidence, make it a mini celebration out of it inside your heart and mind🥳. Each time take a deep breath to relax and embrace this newfound joy into the core of your being, and let it warm your heart so it may harmonize and elevate your mind and body to a happier state💖.

Having choices is a beautiful thing. Life is not easy as we are constantly surrounded by what we perceive as negative and all that which trouble us. The beautiful thing is you ARE the problem and the solution because you always have the freedom to choose who and what you pay your attention to. This includes the positives and negatives of external circumstances as well as your internal thoughts and feelings. So intentionally pay more attention to what is soothing, what is silly, what is relaxing, what is empowering, what warms your heart, and to what brings you more joy and smiles. The more you focus on higher frequency thoughts and feelings, the more your brain will upgrade the necessary neural pathways for you to see, feel and experience more of them. Remember, the greatest gift you can ever give yourself is your own happiness, so treat yourself because you are always worthy of happiness.

Today I am paying attention to YOU to see what evidence of bliss and good you can find out of the day! When you find something, you will smile, and I will smile for you. Let's go through each day focus on what brings us the most joy so we may embrace this beautiful day together in this majestic symphony of life 🎶🌻.

Our memory is one of our most sacred mental faulty. It enables us to capture everything that we have gone through from moments when we were a child to up until now this given point where we stand in time and space. It provides our higher consciousness with valuable information, insights, and tools that we can use to facilitate learning from the pains and mistakes of our past, so we can move forward making smarter decisions leading to better outcomes. We learn to live to grow ✅ and we learn to grow to live ✅.

When we fully embrace using our memory intelligently and consistently as a guide of life, it actively rewires our brain and gear shifts us toward the better decision-making version of ourselves so we may flow forward more gracefully, harmoniously, vibrantly, intelligently, and beautifully to the symphony of life 🌻🌎🌈

Let's embrace this precious gift of memory and use it wisely. Let us let go of those memories that no longer serve us; and forever remember the ones that captured, captivated, and those that brought joy to our heart so we may use these higher frequencies feelings to bring forth more of the same.
