Art Lady Amy - Art for your space and body! So now I work about a week a month, and the rest of the time I make art.

A Cali beach bum, I got my first real job at about 45 years old, becoming an art teacher to elementary school budding artists. The art gene was always in the woman’s side of the family. Grandma started painting landscapes at age 80. Mom, sister and I were always playing with art. It sounds funny, but I took out my kitchen table and had a huge island built. It gave me permission to become an artist

. I can leave my stuff out when I want, and I have storage for the stuff I want to put away. Such a simple solution for a life-change! I use all original ephemera, albums, tees — NO SCANNED STUFF! (Not that there’s anything wrong with that…)
Just little old-school me! My wish is that my art makes you smile, ponder or just enjoy.
