All Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Spanish-speaking Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN/NP) to join our growing multidisciplinary medical group in a remote telemedicine position.
The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently within their scope, managing a busy outpatient schedule, and providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
The PA/APN will provide comprehensive outpatient care through telemedicine, including:
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform comprehensive virtual histories and clinical assessments
Manage hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, obesity, and other common primary care conditions
Provide sick visits and follow-up care
Review laboratory and diagnostic results
Prescribe medications and provide medication management when clinically appropriate
Provide preventive care and patient education
Coordinate referrals and specialty care
Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other members of the All Health Medical team
Qualifications
Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner/APN certification
Active and unrestricted New Jersey license
Fluent in Spanish and English
Minimum 1 year of PA/NP clinical experience preferred
Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable managing patients through telemedicine
Ability to work efficiently and independently while remaining part of a collaborative medical team
Familiarity with AthenaOne/Athenahealth is a plus
