This blend was created to increase iron intake with botanicals rich in iron(nettle) , increase it's absorption(gentiane, ginger) and stimulate red blood cells production (d**g quai).

I am always over the top with my blends. Yes, it taste meh....but it works 😃. The one thing I do like about it is that I don't have to be constipated from iron tablets.

Always adding to the shelves. The immune Therapy Blend is a masterpiece. It's a powerful boost to the immune system and it taste rather mild. Taste is never my main priority...healing then taste.

I my daughter, and I both enjoy the Menstruation/ PCOS....No one has time to tolerate heavy periods and cramps. As women, we have a lot on our plate. This is taste good and gets the job done within hours.

This blend has been a game changer when it comes to my health. Someone like me who indulges a little too much with carbs, this is an easy way to regulate my blood sugar levels.
Growing up in a guyanese household where karela aka...bitter melon leaves was a go to for lots of ailments, and the fruit as food. It's a great way to regûand blood sugar levels so when I created my anti diabetic blend, I had to add it as an ingredient.

Palm Sunday was the final Spring into Health Tea Party and i wanted to make it fit for a king, hence the purple.
Everyone had a wonderful time, most importantly they learnt a lot.
Thank you to everyone who came. This was amazing.

Now it's time for the next event.

BTS of the planning of the last tea party. I am in my element when I am creating/entertaining/educating/interacting.
This Sunday is Palm Sunday so I want to make it suitable for a king coming to town. It's the last Spring Tea Party.
There will be more events. More opportunities to learn about botanicals and most importantly to have a space to community with one another.
