We had a lot of learning how to make sourdough. alices_sourdough_bakings did a great job teaching us and I really enjoyed the Focaccia she brought.

What I really enjoyed about the event is getting to know other people and we chat and laughed.

My sourdough tasted delicious. We will be doing the class again...so stay tuned.

It's rainy anf cold outside but at Alexis Naturals it's island vibes getting ready for alices_sourdough_bakings and I sourdough class.
We will be serving St Lucian cocoa tea and cocoa bread.

Alicia grew up is cuba and cocoa was also part of her culture so I was so excited to try her cocoa sourdough bread. It was so good.

It was a wonderful fall wreath making and spice tea class. What I enjoyed most about it was the sense of community....chatting and learning about and from each other.

Fall Spice Tea blending & Wreath Making with Lq Floral
My son LOVES tea and I made him his own special blend just for autumn. I like powders, but there is something about a good spice tea that will make me actually make a cup and enjoy.

This inspired me to have people create their own blend to ring in fall.

Yes! I finally did it. Not all of us were blessed with Benjamin Button genes, some of us(Moi) have to work at it. So I wanted to make something to keep me looking 35 and not almost knocking at 1/2 a century's door.
This blend contains some favorite herbs that targets wrinkles, eye health, brain health.
