A supportive workplace isn’t built when things are easy. It’s built in the moments that matter most.

At Mindful Soul, we believe strong leadership means protecting both clinicians and clients through uncertainty, change, and growth.

When COVID changed the landscape of therapy overnight, we transitioned fully to telehealth within 12 hours so our clinicians could continue serving clients without losing income or continuity of care.

When the Change Healthcare cyberattack impacted practices nationwide, our leadership team worked behind the scenes to minimize disruptions and support our staff financially and operationally.

Because therapists shouldn’t have to carry the weight of everything alone.
