Shraddhā Yoga

Shraddhā Yoga In-person & online classes, teacher trainings, retreats and pilgrimages to India Our intention is for yoga to infuse every aspect of our work.

Shraddhā Yoga is a yogic enterprise, a community devoted to embodying truth, wholeness, and love. At the heart of yoga is unity with each other, with the essential self, and with the Divine Beloved. Shraddhā Yoga’s “Pay From Your Heart” model aligns with this unity. We welcome all to share the gifts of yoga, for no one is outside of our human family. We offer online and in-person yoga classes, workshops, and teacher trainings, as well as outdoor yoga classes in the summer months.

💐Congratulations to this spectacular group of people, as individuals and as a community, who completed this year’s 200-hour yoga teacher training!!!

Teach to learn.
Teach what you love.
Teach what you know.

Teach what you feel and can transmit to others through the presence of being in it yourself.
Teach what you are curious about or inspired by.
Teach what you are in the midst of exploring personally.
Teach from love, with love, to love, out of love, into love, and for the sake of love.

Offer your wisdom and love to the layers of yourself, your Self, each other, the Earth and all her inhabitants, and the Divine One who expresses itself in many names/faces/shapes, but is truly One.

Finding your voice as a yoga teacher is about finding your voice as a being.
It is about finding out who you are in layers and multitudes as well as the depth of your being and expressing yourself from there.
It’s about sensing who and what you are in your deepest place of center and choosing to stay aligned with that center.
Then, it’s about making an offering from your center.
An offering that may come from verbal cues, or the love and presence that lives within your heart.

We teach to learn.
We teach to seek and share Truth with others on the path.
We teach to offer others what we love and what has inspired us along the life journey.

We don’t teach to gain power or prove we know something.
We teach from a sincere heart of offering with humility to the Mystic Divine, which every human being is a part of.

Allow yourself to be open, like hollow bamboo. The divine inspiration will flow through you.

Allow divine inspiration, creativity, wisdom and truth to flow through you & out into the space you are blessed to share with others.

It is an honor to be a yoga teacher.
Treat it with respect and care.
Find your strength of offering by going deeper inside the core of YOU over and over again, with each passing day, month, and year.💚

And forever may we all remain a student and a devotee of yoga.

Endless gratitude, awe, love, appreciation and many blessings to you all🪷🌸🌷🌺💕

Last week I (Corinne) observed & participated in a sacred rage ritual (as part of a longer workshop-retreat).
As the anger and rage got expressed somatically, I noticed a wellspring of grief underneath it.

When it was my turn to move through the practice, I did so with surrender, even though some fear was present in my body.

🌷And I cried for a long time after it.🌷

I was finally letting myself go into a much deeper layer of grief than I had ever let myself go to before.
And it was met with human compassion, earthly and divine love.
I was held in my tears, and then went alone to the forest and the river to chant to the divine mother and ground myself.

It was a powerful experience to be held in a safe container and examine fear, anger & grief in this unique, somatic way.

Anger opens the door to grief.
Grief opens us to what is real, tender, and vulnerable.
It brings us closer to compassion, love and joy in its many forms.
Sitting with our grief is a portal into the fullness of what it means to be alive in the complicated times we are living in.

In the up-coming Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy class series we will let ourselves pause, be raw, and accept all that is moving through us.

We will breathe and allow ourselves to be held in community, love and the rich teachings & practices of yoga. Whether your grief is personal or collective, or a combination of both, it is welcome here.

I’ve been offering the 6-week mindful grieving yoga class series for the last five years and I fall in love with it more and more, with each new group I share the experience with.

I took a pause from offering it to make space for myself to grieve the passing of my father. While this grieving process is by no means finished, I am now called to open this container for others once again.

Space is limited, register by June 8th.
Reach out with any questions 💞

“Backbending” is a way to explore how we do or do not lean back into that which we trust and to inquire into why we expand, and where we come from when we do…

What do you trust?
Do you know that you are loved, carried and held in an ocean of love?
Can you lean back into this ocean of love?
Do you know the radiant ocean of consciousness within you?

Is there fear and if so, do you hold yourself and others compassionately?

Can you allow you heart to rest AND stay open on all sides. Not just open in the front - but open in the back, sides, top and bottom?

And from where inside of you do you expand out from?
Is your expansion and going out into the world from a place of inner comfort, inner rightness, truth and fullness? Or is it from a place of insecurity or depletion?

The consciousness and inner mechanics of backbending is fascinating to explore.

We will explore this and SO much more in the 2026/27 Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training in collaboration with .noho

We bow down in gratitude for each beautiful being that joined us for this year’s South India pilgrimage.
It was a profound experience for each individual and us as a whole group.
The inner work and healing that happened for each person will most certainly ripple out to all of our communities as we each settle into wherever home is.
Many more photos and details to share but here are some pics to get a taste.

Deepen your engagement & experience of Yoga through chanting.

Sanskrit chanting is a powerful aid in one’s practice of yoga. The Sanskrit sounds, when uttered with the right intention and precision, have the power to connect us to the many aspects of the Divine and enhance our sādhanā.

Amongst the many forms of chanting, Vedic chanting is the most powerful and profound. Veda mantras can be imagined as cosmic vibrational patterns that were revealed to ṛṣis (seers) in their deeply meditative states, in the form of sound
