Shraddhā Yoga In-person & online classes, teacher trainings, retreats and pilgrimages to India Our intention is for yoga to infuse every aspect of our work.

Shraddhā Yoga is a yogic enterprise, a community devoted to embodying truth, wholeness, and love. At the heart of yoga is unity with each other, with the essential self, and with the Divine Beloved. Shraddhā Yoga’s “Pay From Your Heart” model aligns with this unity. We welcome all to share the gifts of yoga, for no one is outside of our human family. We offer online and in-person yoga classes, workshops, and teacher trainings, as well as outdoor yoga classes in the summer months.

Our amazing lungs…to be breathed, to initiate movement from them, to breathe into all sides of them, to notice what it is to be in relationship to all that is, to have gone from a sea creature in the womb to an earth creature where we get to breathe and inquire into the nature of who we are.

Join Corinne to explore the teachings encased within the symbol of Mirra Alfassa, lovingly called “The Mother”, by Sri Aurobindo and devotees.

This theme will be woven into Corinne’s regular weekly classes Venture Way Collaborative studio in Hadley, Sanctuary in Northampton, and Online, for the rest of the summer.

We will focus on one or two of the aspects of the symbol each week to support our somatic journey.

Through embodiment practices of āsana (seats/postures), prānāyāma (breath control/practice), mantra (repetition of word/phrase), dharana (concentration, visual point of focus) and dhyana (meditation) we will explore the following:

🪷The central circle: Maha Shakti/Aditi/Divine Mother
🪷4 petals surrounding the circle: Maheswari, Mahalakshmi, Mahakali, and Mahasaraswati
🪷12 Qualities/Petals that surround the 4 petals: Sincerity, Humility, Gratitude, Perseverance, Aspiration, Receptivity, Progress, Courage, Goodness, Generosity, Equality/Equanimity and Peace.
