What a wonderful Walking to Wellness gathering we had last week! 💜

We were delighted to welcome Dr. Barbara Spencer, Professor of Nursing at Shepherd University, and three of her nursing students for an informative and engaging conversation about osteoporosis!

Together, they helped us better understand the causes, risk factors, impact, and treatment of osteoporosis, sharing valuable knowledge to help us take charge of our health and wellness.

And the best part? They didn’t just come to teach! They stayed to walk, talk, and connect with our members! 💜

At Prime Time for Women, we believe some of the most meaningful connections happen when generations come together to learn from one another. Last week was a beautiful reminder of just that!

Prime Time for Women is excited to partner with Hub City Golf Club to host this exciting event in this wonderful new indoor golf venue. The Washington County Ladies Golf Social is open to all women golfer or "would be golfers!" No matter if you're an experienced golfer and dream of playing in the LPGA or if you have never touched a golf club and dream of making new friends while learning a new sport...this evening is for you!

Our very first World Menopause Day celebration at Next Chapter Café & Bookshop was a beautiful success, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

From the meaningful conversations and shared experiences to the laughter, learning, and connections made throughout the day, it was everything we hoped it would be and more.

Tomorrow is the big day! 💜 We are so excited to celebrate our first-ever World Menopause Day celebration this Saturday, October 17, from 9:30 AM to 2 PM at Next Chapter Cafe & Book Shop!

It’s going to be a wonderful day filled with learning, growing, connecting, and sharing our stories with other women who understand the journey. Whether you’re navigating menopause yourself or simply want to learn more, we would love for you to join us!

🚗 Parking made easy! The Rochester parking lot, located at the corner of Washington Street and Prospect Street, is just a short walk from the book shop and offers plenty of FREE parking on Saturdays!
