I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach, and I specialize in perimenopause nutrition. And I want to tell you exactly who I’m here for.
I’m here for the woman who is doing everything she’s always done — eating well, exercising, trying to take care of herself — and suddenly nothing is working the way it used to. And I'm here for the woman who can barely get through the day, let alone do all those things!
I’m here for the woman who is exhausted but can’t sleep. Who is gaining weight in places she never did before. Who’s foggy, irritable, and wondering what happened to her patience (and her waist). Who’s been told her labs are normal, but knows in her heart it’s wrong. Or who’s been told her labs are changing, and no one can figure out why. Who’s been told “this is just stress” or “this is just aging.”
Who is starting to wonder if this is just how she’s going to feel from now on.
It doesn’t have to be.
Perimenopause changes the rules. The strategies that worked at 35 often stop working at 45. Not because something is wrong with you, but because your body is working with a completely different hormonal blueprint. When you understand that, everything shifts.
My clients go from exhausted and confused to clear, steady, and back in control of their health. They stop fighting their bodies and start understanding them. Food becomes supportive instead of stressful. Energy becomes reliable. They feel like themselves again.
