Hiiiii. Missed you! We’re back from Maine, it was magical and perfect - thank you for asking. 🌲

Don’t forget to sign up for Saturday yoga! No R+R Monday night because I have to go to Town Meeting. If you live in Halifax, you should too! 🏫

I had a request for some retreat specific apparel so naturally I ignored all other responsibilities and worked on it ASAP.

Just accidentally deleted a perfectly eloquent post about how everything is s**t and yoga can help. Not in the ‘let’s just be positive’ way but in the ‘let’s rage together and process together and do something together’ kinda way.

There are lots of opportunities to connect with this amazing community for just those purposes…

Community Clubs are back! Book Club, Puzzle Club, Craft Club and a Studio Potluck have all been added to the schedule.
