Let's talk about the pole atlas junction. Arguably one of the most important junctions in the body! Restriction in about any part of the body can show up here.

After I made this video I did some work on her. Progress report....... I was able to bring both legs forward with more relaxation in the shoulders. Yahoo!! Improved range of motion, under the brace for the win 🙌🙌

Ok here it is! What do you think?? No more wings and Neilie Dayne Harris was kind enough to borrow me her cap for a hat test! I love it ❤️. Eventhough it isnt a mullet 🤣🤣🤣

Who on here takes time for some "me time" and wellness? What does that look like for you. I am a little scared to admit it but today I signed up to work with a fitness trainer, and someone to help with nutrition. Trying to take care of me. It is something I 100% believe in and will tell my friends and clients to do, but not something I am good at. I am going to try my best to change that. If you are interested the same boat, let's do this together!

Hey friends!! It's been a hot minute since I have been active on this page.

🥳Happy New Year! With the new year it is a time for reflection and starting new. I am excited for this year. I am working on a new name, a new logo and a new schedule for work.

As a Masterson Method Certified Practitioner, I am planning on working a couple days a week on horses. While keeping 1 day a week in my office to do core.

I am still available to do work, on both you and your horses while I am working out all the new business details. ☺

Hello friends! It's been a while. I am still alive and kicking.
Last fall I decided to stop doing emotion session for people and animals. I truly felt called to do this type of work and then after dad died, it just became about the program. I tried my best to work though it, but it just didn't feel like the right thing to do anymore. The program had a lot of New Age beliefs and I did walk away from it. So now what????

I am still doing Core Syncronization out of my office in Killdeer. I am hoping to have office hours again once school starts, right now I come in on an as need basis, so if you need a session give me a call and we can schedule something.

🐴If you know me, you know my passion is horses and animals. I am currently working on my certification of the The Masterson Method, Integrated Equine Performance Bodywork. It really is an amazing program and I have learned so much. Next month I will be starting my second block of training and will need case study horses! I will also start taking on clients so if you have a horse that you think would benefit from body work, let me know. I am happy to answer any questions you might have.
