HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO GET A TATTOO?
18 or older with a valid ID. Please bring valid photo ID if you are 18 or older. Please note-Pennsylvania state law requires parental consent for procedures on minors. Minors between the ages of 16 through 18 and want a tattoo must provide ID (if you do not have a proper ID, a school photo ID or school yearbook, ACCOMPANIED WITH your birth certificate will suffice) and have the parent consent form signed. We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 16. We require valid ID from both the minor and the parent/legal guardian. If last names do not match on the ID, we require proof of guardianship. We reserve the right to refuse service to any minor based on our best professional opinion. We will not tattoo minor's hands, necks, faces, or genitals etc. MINORS MUST ALSO be accompanied by your parent or guardian who also must be able to provide proper Identification (Driver’s license, State ID, Military ID, or Passport). There are no alternatives to these rules, we strictly enforce & follow them.
