Lets learn our chakras again? Who can tell me which is the first chakra it all depends on how you learn.
The first chakra is your root chakra.

The root chakra, or Muladhara, is the first energy center in the body, located at the base of the spine. (root-chakra-muladhara)

What It Is“The root chakra, known as Muladhara in Sanskrit, This chakra
serves as the foundation for the entire chakra system. It links to the earth.
What It Does is

It. governs your sense of safety, security, stability, and grounding in the physical world.” manages basic survival needs like food, water, shelter, and financial stability. It connects to the adrenal glands and influences the body's stress response.
Thank you, universal Lifeforce for helping us. Love light and many blessings.💗💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🙏🌹😇

Love & Light Reiki Healing

Allow yourself to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the gentle energy within you. 💗

Reiki is a beautiful practice of relaxation and energetic balance, inviting love, light, and peace into the mind, body, and spirit. As you move through each chakra, imagine releasing what no longer serves you and welcoming in healing, harmony, and renewed energy. 🌈✨

💜 Crown — connection & spiritual awareness
💙 Third Eye — intuition & clarity
💚 Heart — love & compassion
💛 Solar Plexus — confidence & personal power
🧡 Sacral — creativity & emotional flow
❤️ Root — grounding & security
💙 Throat — truth & authentic expression

May your energy be surrounded by love.
May your heart feel lighter.
May you remember the healing light that already lives within you. 🕯️

You are worthy of peace. You are worthy of love. You are worthy of healing.

I would like to do a Reiki Share? I’m planning to host one soon and would love to start building a community of like-minded people. We can either offer Reiki sessions to one another or engage in a meditation, and then share our experiences afterwards. It’s a chance to talk about what you saw, felt, or experienced during the session. If you’ve had any questions about Reiki, or if there’s something you’ve been working through that you’d like some input on, this is a great time to share. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to Reiki, we’re all here to support each other.

This message is from Michael the Archangel

“Know this: in moments when you feel weary, when the weight of the world seems too heavy to carry, there is always a well of divine strength waiting for you. To those of you who are feeling unwell, whether in body or spirit, remember this: you are not alone. Turn your heart toward God, for in Him lies the healing power that transcends all. Your faith is a mighty force—stronger than any challenge or illness. As you lean into your faith, trust that the light of God will shine through even the darkest clouds, guiding you toward restoration and peace. Stand firm, for every moment of struggle is a reminder that you are divinely protected and held in grace. Keep your spirit lifted, and let hope rise in you like the dawn. The best is yet to come.”

I hope that brings comfort and strength to anyone in need right now. If you or someone else is facing a difficult time, try a Reiki session. 💗💙💚💛🧡❤️🙏😇

Well, I just went for a Reiki session for a past life regression boy did that show me a lot especially when the practitioner who’s doing the session is in the same meditation I’m in and she was seeing exactly what I was saying. I love it more confirmation. I feel so much better now.💗💜💙💚💛🧡❤️
