It's possible to improve your health and fitness even with a busy schedule!
Connie is always on the go between work, coaching, traveling it's hard to stay in a routine for long. But we are still able to help her see progress!
She comes in only once a week and we work on building strength. She couldn't do a single pull up, but now can do multiple in one set without any assistance! (the band helps, but it's specific to her training)
