Emeiqigong Chan Class Series: The Fire Element
Join our classes to gain a deeper understanding and ability to use the Emei qigong practices! Learn how to balance and harmonize the 5 Elements and their impact on your health. Each class focuses on the seasonal influence of the corresponding element to rebalance, strengthen and tonify the elements. Each class can be taken independently from the series.

Part 2 of our 5 part class series starts May 9

These trainings are designed for students who want to strengthen or expand their Emei Qigong practices.

Fee: $155 per class. All sessions will be held remotely via Zoom. Computer or tablet and internet connection will be required.

Balance the Heart and the effects of Heart Shock (trauma) affecting the Heart and Small intestine energy.

Life's ups and downs balance joy, sorrow, elation, and disappointment. The Heart is energetically located in every microcosmic particle in every cell and houses our Spirit, referred as Shen, giving life meaning and connection. We will take a deeper dive behind the energetics of both the heart and small intestine and their element, Fire. The Fire Horse year, 2026 will bring a strength of influence impacting the heart and all the systems it governs. If you are experiencing an increase of emotions, over active mind and unsettledness, come learn qigong practices to navigate what is arising and experience what you can do to create balance within.
This class is held online via Zoom. Check-in is 15 minutes prior.
The heart houses our Spirit, giving life meaning and connection. In 2026, the Fire Horse year will strongly influence the heart and its systems.

One way or another please join us for World Tai Chi and Qigong Day!
It will be wonderful to come together again in person if you are local as we share Wuji Gong and bring its' clear energetic vibration of Love out into the world. When we ask ourselves what can we do during this current time of civil unrest, which can initiate stress and emotional exhaustion, we can come together to send a healing and loving vibration out into the world to counterbalance these effects.
Community fosters unity and sets the Qi field for collective healing.
Gathering at 9:30am with a 10:00am EDT start doing Wuji gong together at Wharton Brook Park, Route 5, North Haven, CT exit 13.
