Spring Wellness & Safety

Allergy Management: Spring brings high pollen counts. See a provider for proactive allergy medication, and keep windows closed on high-pollen days.

Tick & Bug Check: Check children for ticks daily after playing outside, especially near wooded areas.

Sun Safety: Even if not hot, apply sunscreen (SPF 30+) as UV rays are strengthening.

Hydration: Increase water intake, especially when kids start playing outside more, to prevent dehydration
