The connection between movement and healthful aging is a frequent topic at TerraLuna so we love coming across articles supporting our mission to provide ease of movement to people of all ages!

A new study of people 80 and older with exceptional gaits finds fast walkers have about a 50% lower risk of cognitive decline, showing the connection between physical health and brain health.

As we look forward to welcoming Tammy & Felicia as our upcoming Lecture Series presenters, we asked them to share what motivates them to provide the best possible care to their patients.

Tammy:
"Why I do what I do.....because patients need to be heard. They need an advocate for the non-traditional way we can treat disease, not just the symptoms but the reason why they feel the way they do."

Felicia:
"My treatment philosophy centers on listening to patients, identifying the root causes of symptoms, and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that support long-term wellness rather than simply masking symptoms. I believe patients should feel heard, educated, and empowered to take an active role in their healthcare decisions. By combining compassionate care with a functional and preventive approach, my goal is to help patients optimize their health, improve their quality of life, and feel their best at every stage of life."

We can't wait to hear more from each of you soon!

All of our celebrations of Guests who have been with TerraLuna for one year are special. And this is truly a special picture indeed; it's my daughter!

Norman's kiddo visited us from her home in South Dakota for Father's Day and we snapped a pic of Samantha "leafing" her print on our family tree.
