If you've researched Pilates Teacher Training programs, you've noticed that there is a huge range of options available; everything from single day "certifications" to multiple hundreds of hours comprehensive programs covering all apparatus.

Over the next few weeks we'll be discussing some of the many features setting our Teacher Training program apart from others; the first thing that differentiates us is, well, the first thing!

We are dedicated to creating, supporting, and empowering our Trainees from the ground up, beginning with our first segment of lecture, Foundations.

In our eight-hour Foundations class, we will discuss anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, and much more. We are invested in giving our Trainees every thing needed to be safe, confident, and successful Pilates Instructors.

We are also invested in honoring our Trainees time; we promise to offer only practical information. We won't fill time with un-necessary info that is ultimately useless in the Studio environment.

Considering all of this, the idea of a one-day Pilates teacher training might not seem like the best idea!

Hamilton Ohio Pride is turning 6! 🎉🏳️‍🌈

Who else is excited to head back to Marcum Park for Butler County's favorite Pride celebration of the year? If you raised your hand, then mark your calendars for Saturday, June 6th, because they're planning a whole day of incredible local live music, show-stopping drag performances, and some of the best food vendor eats around.

Bring the whole family, pack a blanket, and don't worry if it gets a little warm out there. The splash pad will be ready and waiting to help everyone cool off!

Honestly, the best part of this event every year is just seeing our community show up, connect, and celebrate together. We've loved watching this tradition grow over the last six years, and we truly can't wait to share the day with you.

Pilates With Your Mini Me is going to be an action-packed outing to share with a kiddo in your life. We will spend an hour together introducing your lil' buddy to Mat and Barre moves and then finish our time together experiencing the Reformer.
