Release the strange!

To have a personality with autonomy is a beautiful thing. Some may call that person strange. I want to be strange then, gladly!

We should laugh, have fun, 😂 have healthy conversations about our health. But I can no longer pretend that the tipping point hasn't occurred because it has.
And I will no longer refer to myself as concierge medicine or alternative. If someone comes to me with a so-called thyroid panel with no TPO that is not a provider who cares about you.

They do know better and they're choosing not to circle that bubble on your lab requisition form.
You must start waking up. They are bound by insurance.
They can be good people but that doesn't mean they are practicing ethically because they can't they're stuck in a system.
If they can't provide insurance a reason they're not going to test because it won't get covered!!!! Hello 👋🤠 hello
I am not owned by anybody. By any corporate Health system or insurance. So we use them, for true Emergency care.
If you want a long lasting relationship with the provider it's not one of the 15 in that group. Family doctors were just that familiar with the family! How they ate what looked like got passed on where they lived all these things matters.
So if that makes me strange and a conspiracy theorist provider well I'll take it as a compliment.

The Under Armour tournament in Hamilton. I had no idea the community even thought for a moment Spooky Nook was not doing well....May I

Over 300 teams came to Hamilton this weekend 5,000 visitors!!!
Basketball players, coaches, scouts for college.
We've all heard this or that but let me tell you. This has been one of the most exciting weekends to witness.
The endurance of these young men is absolutely amazing. The love commitment and dedication I have seen from the coaches taking care of these young athletes has been inspiring.
This is just the beginning for this town! These young athletes from our local schools and from across the US A!!!

Most traditional protocols still focus on introducing more familiar strains like Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.
