For years I worked as a bedside nurse (20) TBE. I saw so many chronic conditions and really never knew the root cause.

I thought medications were the only way to go. I thought ultrasounds, CT scans with contrasts told us information.

Wait 🫸, so misleading. Our healthcare system has major cracks in the system.

What if I revealed to you six Labs that could absolutely change your entire life. You would be shocked I know. Because I was and I never knew about them in my 20 years working in health care.

Your headaches, bloating, feeling tired all the time, hopeless, downright feeling like this body is broken.... Can be completely reversed and the high on life feeling can return again!!

It feels so amazing to be on this other side. I want to scream it from the top of mountains because everybody should know this stuff.

Let's get started!

What I will teach in the perimenopause webinar:

I Keep it simple and symptom-focused:

-How the gut helps process and remove estrogen.
-Why hormone changes can bring bloating, constipation, anxiety, and weight gain.
-The connection between the gut, vaginal microbiome, and recurring irritation or UTIs.
-Which bacteria and foods support metabolic and hormone health.
-What ordinary blood work can reveal—and when microbiome testing may help

Women and MS!!!

Forever Chemicals’ and Autoimmunity — New Study Finds Surprising Link......not so surprising

PFAS (or perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances — otherwise known as 'forever chemicals') are in the news again as the EPA rolls back several protections to raise the allowable limits of the compounds in drinking water and the use of PFAS-contaminated sludge as fertilizer for crops. PFAS chemicals are used in a variety of everyday products and are known to alter metabolism and raise the risk of obesity; increase the risk of cancer; impact the immune system so that it's less effective in fighting infections; and more. And now, new research has linked PFAS to an increased risk of MS in women.

Thank you to Nicole Apelian for her Apothecary expertise.
