Jen's big goal for 2025 was to lose bodyweight in order to improve her performance in the races. She went from 195.4 lbs...

Jen's big goal for 2025 was to lose bodyweight in order to improve her performance in the races. She went from 195.4 lbs to 142.8 lbs in December last year. Her first race this year was the Ohio 70.3 Ironman in Sandusky. Jen did the half Ironman Event. Leaner. Stronger. She shaved 36 min off her run, and improved her bike by 34 mins! Shaved a whole 70 mins off her time at this same race last year. An Ironman is by far the hardest sport hands down! We are now getting ready for the big one - Ironman Chattanooga in September! This will be a full Ironman. I am so proud of you Jen. Your dedication and hard work is inspiring my friend!
