Welcome to The Way of Life! I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Kaytee, and if you're reading this, chances are your body has been trying to tell you something. Maybe it's the tension you can't shake, the stress that won't quit, or that deep exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. I know that feeling because I've lived it.

I've healed myself from various illnesses, walked out of profound personal darkness, and rebuilt my health from the ground up. That journey led me to study under holistic doctors, therapists, and healers for decades — and eventually to open the doors of this practice so I could help others do the same.

At The Way of Life, I combine medical massage, lymphatic work, reflexology, Reiki, breathwork, iridology, yoga, and health coaching into deeply personalized sessions because your body is unique, and your healing should be too.

My clients come in carrying pain, stress, and overwhelm. They leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in themselves.
