Creative Care Solutions, LLC Friend Connections is an Adult Day Program that is person-centered, individualized, choice-driven, and passionate about people.

We offer programming that promotes independence, self-advocacy, growth, new experiences, and lasting friendships. Friend Connections is an Adult Day Program that promotes love, laughter, and friendship. We want everyone to find their voice in this world and develop independence and self-worth. We use music, art, and dance as expression. Community inclusion and volunteering are essential to our mission and are offered on routine bases. Our hope for all of our friends is that skills are developed and maintained, as well as experiencing new things. During our day we include everyone and offer a choice-driven program, in which we encourage new opportunities.
