A little about Rebecca...

Tattooing since 2018, Rebecca brings years of experience, an incredible eye for detail, and a creative style that's all her own.

With a passion for black & grey, neo-traditional, realism, and cottagecore, Rebecca loves creating artwork that blends beauty with a little mystery — and sometimes a delightfully creepy twist!

A little about Maci...

With five years behind the tattoo machine and a lifetime of creativity, Maci brings her own unique style, imagination, and personality to the Bitterroot Ink crew.

A lover of all things horror, unusual, and slightly twisted, Maci has a knack for turning ideas into one-of-a-kind tattoos. From dark and spooky to cute, quirky, and minimalist, her creativity knows no bounds!

Appalachian roots. Montana living. Bold tattoos with an old-school soul.

It's time to get to know the artists behind the ink at Bitterroot Ink, and we're kicking things off with the one and only Sally Joe!

A little background...

Originally from northeastern Pennsylvania, Sally Joe brings a little Appalachian attitude and a whole lot of artistic talent to the Bitterroot Valley.

With a degree in Studio Arts from Bloomsburg University, her creative background includes printmaking, painting, sculpture, and graphic design. She started tattooing in 2018, taking her talents through Colorado and Missoula before finding her place here at Bitterroot Ink in Hamilton.

Her style? Bold, bright, and built to last.

Sally Joe has a serious love for American Traditional tattooing — think strong outlines, punchy colors, timeless imagery, and designs that make a statement.

From classic pinups and nature-inspired pieces to quirky critters, cartoons, and the downright weird, she loves tattoos with personality. She also works in black and gray and enjoys creating custom designs that bring her clients' ideas to life.

When she's not tattooing?

You might find Sally Joe playing traditional bluegrass music or behind the wheel of a school bus. She's definitely not your average tattoo artist, and that's exactly what we love about her!
