I am pleased to announce that I will be pursuing additional massage education in Maui during February. This experience will enable me to introduce a beautiful new service to my community in Hammondsport, NY. I feel fortunate to be able to hold space for my clients for almost 20 years now!... while learning to take care of myself more in process!

Thai Massage set up in the Temple Room of my Massage Studio. This modality is called "lazy person's yoga" as the client gets all the benefit's of an hour yoga routine while the practitioner(me)uses specific stretches, compression's, rocking, pressure points and many other relaxing movements. The client is fully clothed and session is done on a soft heated futon.
