Meghan came to me post-injury feeling like she lost all of her progress and had to start over. We worked on strengthening her core, correcting form, and mobility. During a recent training session I looked at her and said, “You are a different person!” She’s made so much progress in 4 short months. I’m proud of her hard work & consistency, and I’m grateful that she trusted me to get her back on track! Keep those gains coming! 💪🏼🤍🙏🏼

Here is a personal trainer that needs no introduction but Im going to anyway! Kerri is no stranger in the business and pretty much started the same time I did over 10 years ago. We worked side by side at 54 fitness for a little then her career blew up as a trainer at Solid Training. I'm excited that Kerri has decided to join my team at JD Strength Training and those looking to train with her should be too. STARTING this Monday she has availability early mornings and more availability in the coming future. Big things coming in 2024 and this is just another piece of the puzzle. I now offer two top tier female trainers and I'm very thankful for them. Book an appointment!! Change your life! All you have to do is walk through the door💪🏼💯

With the new year rolling in now is the time to reflect on everything you did for your health last year .Personally I could have done a lot better😐.That's why there will be reckoning this year!😆 Not only for my health but for my business.I started early with the gym last month and brought in .nosacka to join my team and she is absolutely amazing 💪🏼. If am Your excuse pick her😆I also brought in a Physical Threapist she has a unique approach on treating her patients injuries and always gets them on track. I promise there's more to come. You have the best of everything here💯. Join us and become part of an elite badass group! Happy New Year’s Eve. I hope to see some of my old and new clients soon.😊

I couldn’t be more proud of Shauna and this amazing transformation. Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to train her and help her push through struggles & insecurities. She fought so many battles along the way but never lost sight of what she wanted.. a better, healthier version of herself. I’m so happy I got to be a part of this journey!
