✨ Wellness Summit Spotlight: Jenny Chappine

Meet Jennifer Chappine—a registered nurse (BSN, RN, CSN), 550+ hour E-RYT, Level IV Reiki Master Teacher, and founder of Revive & Rise Yoga in Hammonton.

Jenny’s journey into yoga began in 2016 after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. What started as a path toward healing became a complete transformation—shifting her perspective and inspiring her to help others navigate life’s challenges with strength and grace.

From teaching just four students in her mother’s basement to building a thriving studio community, Jenny has continually turned adversity into opportunity. When the pandemic forced closures, she pivoted to virtual and hybrid classes—expanding her reach and deepening her impact.

“Jenny Penny,” as she's affectionately called, is the go-to yoga teacher in her community, offering private sessions, group experiences, corporate wellness, and school programs. Her mission is powerful: to help others *dance with adversity*, advocate for themselves, and create lasting transformation.

Jenny will be part of the panel "The Business of Wellness" from 5:30-6:30.

💛🎸First up, Friday 3/6 live acoustic guitar and Reiki Meditation! This is a special event as Jen K began part of her healing journey with us, among our Revive & Rise Yoga community!! We are excited to welcome her and Aaron to lead this super relaxing event!

💛☀️Next is Friday 3/20, our Spring Equinox event, led by Ruth! This happens to be one of my favorite events! It’s invigorating and powerful! This isn’t your traditional 108 Sun Salutations event! We provide a functional warm up & more that prepares you for your meditation in movement! I am super excited for Ruth to guide you as we celebrate the shift in seasons and more!

What a wild journey it’s been so far! We are here because of you!! We continue to grow with and because of you! I cherish every bit of it!!

🎥About this video… Alex, my partner, the guy who helps behind the scenes, thought it would be funny if I went into a hurricane simulator…I took one for the team so he could laugh at me and because I’m fun, duh!🤪😂

🎥This video makes me laugh when I think what it takes to be a small business owner… my eyes were tearing like crazy in the video from the winds, and I tried to play it off like it wasn’t that bad and be silly instead. As a business owner, you aren’t just showing up to teach a yoga class, you are the website guy, the social media guy, the graphic designer guy, the cleaning guy, the subbing guy, basically there are many hats worn! Sooo yea, “it’s not that bad”😂😂

🧢 I’m a self taught business owner, and I’m patting myself on the back. All I wanted to do was heal from being diagnosed with MS… I’ve done that, continue to do that, and have gone above and beyond what I ever could have imagined. Though I may be the guy wearing all the hats, I couldn’t do it without our amazing team of instructors who also step up with subbing, and everyone who has ever stepped foot in Revive & Rise doors!

The weather has us on our toes so much, we decided to get upside down!🤪❄️🥶

We did decide to cancel classes for tomorrow though to keep everyone safe. I know it’s a little premature as we usually wait until 1 hour before class for decision making. Though with people traveling to & from different towns, I much rather everyone be safe! We appreciate your understanding! Stay warm and safe this weekend!🙏🏼🙏🏼 Love, Jenny
