Some days are just ridiculous.

One thing goes wrong.

Then another.

Then something so unnecessary happens that we almost have to laugh.

And honestly, laughing helps.

Not because the problems suddenly disappear.

Not because everything is secretly wonderful.

But because one funny moment reminds us the bad parts are not entitled to own every minute of the day.

We can be frustrated and still laugh.

We can have a difficult week and still enjoy dinner.

Two things can be true at once.

A little joy does not need to fix the whole situation before it is allowed to matter.

Sometimes it simply gives us a break from carrying everything so seriously.
