Why so many women feel exhausted after menopause…and are told it’s “just hormones”

Sleep apnea is often thought of as a condition affecting older men…

But after menopause, a woman’s risk rises significantly—and many are never diagnosed.

Why?

Because it doesn’t always look the way we expect.

Women often experience:
– Fatigue

– Frequent waking
