So, a quick little check-in as this week is looking super busy before I take a couple of weeks to rest, recharge and reset 🥰✨

A little trip down memory lane today… 🥰

Looking back at the wellbeing tour I was lucky enough to be involved with for Aster, just before Covid changed everything! 🤍

Taking Reiki and wellbeing out into the workplace, meeting so many lovely people and creating a little space in busy working days to pause, breathe and reset. ✨

It’s funny to look back now and realise just how much has changed since these photos were taken — but my passion for supporting people’s wellbeing hasn’t changed one bit. 🥰

Workplace wellbeing has always been such a special part of what I do, and I’m so grateful for all of the businesses, schools and organisations who have invited me in over the years. 🤍

Here’s to the throwbacks… and to many more wellbeing days to come! ✨

✨ Monday 27th July – 10am

✨ Wednesday 29th July – 1.30pm

✨ Friday 7th August – 3pm
