Another successful diaper bank pickup! 🎉🧷
We’re incredibly grateful for the generosity of our community. ❤️

A clean diaper is something many families struggle to afford, yet it is an essential need for a baby’s health, comfort, and well-being. Diaper insecurity affects families in every community, making donations like these truly meaningful.

We are proud to serve as an official drop-off location for the NC Diaper Bank and to help connect much-needed resources with families across North Carolina. Every package donated helps support parents and caregivers who may be facing difficult circumstances.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our diaper drive. Your kindness makes a real difference, one diaper at a time.

If you’d like to help, diapers of all sizes are always welcome at our clinic. Together, we can support healthier babies, stronger families, and a more caring community.

Leadership is about connection, growth, and service — and our very own leader Dr. Amanda was a part of this years group! They have been meeting monthly since August of 2025 to learn more about how Pender County has changed and where the direction of future growth is.

We’re excited to welcome our Doctoral Physical Therapy student from Campbell University – Savannah Branch! 👏

Savannah is a student physical therapist in her final year at Campbell University and completed her undergraduate studies in biology at Barton College, where she played collegiate softball. She has a special interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and is passionate about helping others return to the activities they love while building meaningful connections with her patients. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys concerts, beach days, thrifting, and a good iced coffee

Join us in giving a warm welcome to Savannah who will be working alongside our team as they continue their journey toward becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We’re proud to be part of their clinical education and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make with our patients.

✨ Meet Dr. Marisa! ✨
We’re excited to introduce Marisa, the newest member of our team here at Pender Pelvic Health!

Marisa graduated from Texas A&M University 🎓 in 2019 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and continued her studies at Texas State University to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. She has worked in an outpatient setting since starting her career, treating various orthopedic and neurological conditions. She developed a passion for pelvic floor rehabiliation and enjoys helping women feel confident and supported in their recovery. Whether someone is navigating pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, incontinence, or core dysfunction, she prioritizes education, collaboration, and compassionte care every step of the way. Outside of work, Marisa enjoys being outside, staying active, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and 2 fur babies 🐶💙
