When I started this journey, I hoped to create more than just a place to receive a massage. I wanted to offer a space where people felt heard, cared for, and genuinely valued. A place where healing wasn’t simply about addressing physical discomfort, but about caring for the whole person.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful people, hearing your stories, celebrating your progress, and being trusted to care for you through life’s challenges.

And I want you to know that you’ve made just as much of an impact on my life as I hope I’ve made on yours.

This. This is why I do what I do. 🥰

There is something incredibly meaningful about having someone walk into my office hurting—and watching them leave feeling even a little more like themselves again.

Massage therapy has never been “just a massage” to me. It’s listening. It’s understanding the body in front of me. It’s bringing together my nursing background, knowledge of anatomy, and hands-on therapeutic work to figure out why someone is hurting and what I can safely do to help.

When someone tells me they walked out feeling better than they have in months… that means more to me than I can put into words. ❤️

I’m so grateful for the trust my clients place in me—especially when they come to me after surgery, with chronic pain, or after months or years of simply learning to live with discomfort.

This is why R&R Therapeutics exists.
To help people hurt less. Move better. Feel heard. And hopefully leave with a little more hope than they walked in with.

A Warm New Year Wish For You

As the New Year begins, it's a natural time to pause and reflect on how we want to feel moving forward. Many intentions this time of year center around health, balance, and taking better care of ourselves- and I wanted to gently remind you that massage can be a meaningful part of that journey.

Massage isn't just about relaxation; it's about giving your body the time and attention it deserves. Whether you're carrying lingering tension from a busy season, easing back into routines, or simply craving a moment to breathe and reset, orthopedic and therapeutic bodywork can help support both your physical and emotional well-being.
