So many people find their way to the ๐ŸHive because someone else showed up first: a friend who recommended a session, a member who shared what helped them, a hand reaching out when carrying it all alone felt like too much.

Sometimes that support looks like advice. Sometimes it looks like gifting someone a little rest, especially when they need it and won't ask for it themselves.

We get asked some version of this question often: "Is holistic health instead of seeing my doctor?"

๐—ก๐—ผ โ€” and that's an important distinction. Conventional care tends to focus in on a specific symptom or diagnosis. ๐‡๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐œ ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ฌ ๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ข๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž: physical, emotional, and energetic, and how they're connected. The two aren't competing with each other. A lot of our clients see both, and use the Hive as ongoing support between medical appointments rather than a replacement for themโœจ

Sarah offers Akashic Record sessions, both individually and in small groups โ€” ๐š ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž ๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐ฌ (some inherited, some just picked up along the way), quiet unhelpful inner scripts, and reconnect with their own sense of clarity and purpose. She describes her role as helping translate what comes up in a session into something you can actually feel and carry into everyday life, not just an idea you leave behind in the room.

Clients often come to Sarah with questions about purpose, relationships, work, or that inner voice that's been around for as long as they can remember. If you've never booked a massage before, the list of options can be more confusing than helpful โ€” Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, hot stone, prenatal. What's the actual difference?

โœจSwedish is gentle and full-body, a good starting point if this is new to you.
โœจDeep tissue targets chronic tension with more pressure.
โœจMyofascial release works slowly on connective tissue rather than muscle.
โœจHot stone adds warmth for a more restorative feel.
โœจPrenatal is positioned and adapted specifically for pregnancy.
