A little professional backstory…

A lot of clients have been asking about Craniosacral Therapy lately, so let’s talk about what it actually is.

CST is a light-touch technique that works with your fascia (the connective tissue network running through your whole body) and your craniosacral system (the membranes and fluid surrounding your brain and spinal cord).

Here’s the distinction that matters: massage tells your body what to do. CST listens first. I follow your body’s own unlock pattern instead of working against it. That’s the whole approach.

If you have a nervous system that stays activated, the kind that can’t quite let go even with traditional bodywork, this is often the missing piece. The goal isn’t to push relaxation. It’s to give your system enough safety to find its own way out of fight or flight.
