The latest craze on the interwebs is telling women yet again what they should and shouldn't do.

Instead, listen to your body while also fueling it with plenty of protein for recovery, healthy fats for hormone regulation, and complex CARBS for energy and soothing the nervous system.

Fasted workouts is individualized
Some women love it, others hate it

One is not superior to the other
One is not more harmful to the other

What is harmful for women is chronically dieting and doing extended (45min+) high intensity workouts under fueled.

So no, ladies, you do not have to suffer thru forcing down something to eat just to go for a morning walk, an early yoga class, or hitting the weights before work.

Mornings and stairs stop hurting if you do this one thing:

Strength train.

I don't care what you've been told, the vast majority of you can recover and heal with the right type of strength training that meets you where you are.

What they don't tell you:
Half of all 40 year olds have a disc bulge, yet experience no pain
And the those experiencing pain with a bulge had it long before any pain developed

Bulges, herniated disc, and more are not to be treated the same as a broken back. And yet, that's what I find people think they have.

They think they're too far gone to do anything about it. And so they do the worse thing for it, try to numb it and allow the back to weaken further thru lack of exercise.

As someone who has some of the worse, crackliest joints imaginable that now moves better at 41 than at 25, I'm giving you the hard truth, you have to strength train or you're going to get worse.

Who wants to live like that??

*And yes, if you read my shirt, this tiny thing and her f***** up joints can deadlift you... a long as your 225lb or under 😆
