Instead, listen to your body while also fueling it with plenty of protein for recovery, healthy fats for hormone regulation, and complex CARBS for energy and soothing the nervous system.
Fasted workouts is individualized
Some women love it, others hate it
One is not superior to the other
One is not more harmful to the other
What is harmful for women is chronically dieting and doing extended (45min+) high intensity workouts under fueled.
So no, ladies, you do not have to suffer thru forcing down something to eat just to go for a morning walk, an early yoga class, or hitting the weights before work.
