🎉 Another Successful Discharge Home! 🏡

We’re excited to celebrate Cecilia as she successfully completed her rehab journey and returned home!

Cecilia worked hard throughout her stay, and our entire team is proud of the progress she made. It’s always a special moment when we get to see one of our residents regain their strength and independence and head back home.

We take care of our own at Hanford Post Acute. As 2 of our Employees are preparing as a family to say goodbye to their brother. The family has started a Go fund me to help with final expenses.
