In this patient’s case we were able to microdissolve migrated filler outside of her vermillion border carefully while filling the lips in the same session👄

Her result:
🌼crisp lip border definition
🌼no more heaviness from migrated filler
🌼natural volume
🌼asymmetries evened out
🌼intentionally balanced lip shape
