The AO Hub™, developed by Solex, is described as a “Mind Engagement System” designed to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being by working with the brain’s natural frequency patterns.
🔍 How the AO Hub works
The device uses frequency stimulation, light, and sound to help guide the brain into specific states known as brainwave patterns:
• Theta (4–8 Hz): Deep relaxation and internal repair
• Alpha (8–12 Hz): Calm focus and mental clarity
• Beta (12–35 Hz): Active thinking and problem-solving
• Gamma (35+ Hz): High-level processing and intense focus
The system combines:
• Light goggles (full-spectrum white light stimulation)
• Audio signals delivered to each side of the brain
• Frequency-based stimulation
• Integration with AO Scan software

It’s designed to support
• Cognitive performance – Focus, memory, learning, and mental clarity
• Emotional well-being – Mood, stress response, and mindset
• Sleep and recovery – Encouraging deeper, more restorative rest
• Behavioral support – Assisting with habit formation and mindset shifts
• Overall wellness – Supporting the body and mind through frequency-based sessions
Solex also emphasizes that the AO Hub is a modular platform, meaning it can connect with additional technologies (like light or laser-based tools) as they are developed.
⚖️ Important note
Solex clearly states that the AO Hub is a wellness device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
💡 Educational takeaway
The AO Hub is part of a growing category of wellness technology focused on brainwave entrainment and bio-frequency stimulation—an area that aims to influence how the brain functions by guiding it into specific states associated with relaxation, focus, or recovery.
If you’re curious about the science behind brainwaves or how these systems are used in practice, feel free to ask—there’s a lot to explore in this space.

I did it—and I couldn’t be more excited to officially step into this next level and be part of such an incredible team. ✨

A heartfelt thank you to Ben, owner of The Bodyworks Collective, and my trainer Grace for pouring so much time, knowledge, and intention into this journey. I’m so grateful to be surrounded by people who truly care about the integrity of this work.

Now it’s your turn to experience it…

Neuromuscular Technique is a highly specialized, hands-on therapy that goes beyond relaxation. It focuses on identifying and releasing the root cause of pain and dysfunction within the body—working on improving joint movement to restore proper alignment, mobility, tension, and bring the body back into balance.

This is where deep, intentional work meets true results.

To celebrate, I’m offering a first-time client exclusive:
✨ Buy one session, receive your second session FREE ✨

Spots are limited—get on my schedule and come experience what it feels like to truly be spoiled while your body gets exactly what it needs.

The Bodyworks Collective is excited to welcome Patty Yantes to our team!

Patty brings a strong clinical foundation from her background in medical transcription and years working in local medical clinics. Over time, she felt called to a more holistic approach—focusing on root-cause healing rather than simply managing symptoms. Having completed training in our neuromuscular protocol and philosophy she is excited to pursue this calling!

For the past 14 years, Patty has been dedicated to natural health and whole-body wellness, founding Living Essentially Sp’Oiled LLC and later opening Hanover Wellness Center. She now specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy and is certified in Holistic Abdominal Therapy, offering a comprehensive, body-centered approach through Be Spoiled Body Works as part of The Bodyworks Collective. Patty serves clients out of the Wellness Center in Hanover, offering specialized treatments in a peaceful, dedicated environment.

Patty is passionate about helping clients restore balance, improve function, and experience lasting wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys time in nature, traveling, and making meaningful memories with family and friends. Connect with Patty today to get scheduled and learn more about her services!

✨ And just like that… Phase 2 & 3 have arrived. ✨

What I thought would unfold over time…came together all at once. And honestly, it feels exactly how it’s meant to.

Today, I’m so excited to officially share that Be Spoiled Body Works is now fully open and offering all three services 💛

This journey has been one of growth, trust, and stepping into something bigger than myself. Building this business from the ground up — learning, training, evolving — it hasn’t just been about adding services…it’s been about becoming the bodyworker I felt called to be.

✨ Phase 2 is here:
I am officially certified in Neuromuscular Therapy 🎉 With a huge thanks to my trainer, Grace for taking me under her wing.

This is a more targeted, results-driven approach that focuses on the root causes of pain and dysfunction within the body. By working with trigger points, muscle tension, and joint movement, this therapy helps restore proper communication between the nervous system, muscles, and joints.

It’s not about chasing symptoms—it’s about understanding why the body is responding the way it is and helping it come back into balance.

Benefits may include:
• Improved posture and joint alignment
• Increased flexibility and mobility
• Reduced chronic pain and muscle tension
• Relief from headaches, back pain, and nerve compression
• Support for injury recovery and athletic performance

✨ Phase 3 is also here:
I am now offering Therapeutic Relaxation Massage in a private studio setting.

This is where the body gets to exhale.
Where the nervous system softens.
Where healing happens in a different, quieter way.

Through intentional, hands-on techniques, therapeutic massage supports the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance.

Benefits may include:
• Reduced stress and muscle tension
• Improved circulation
• Support for recovery from physical strain
• Deep relaxation and overall wellness

✨ And as a reminder, Phase 1 — Holistic Abdominal Therapy — launched just a couple months ago, and continues to be such a meaningful part of this work.

This work is gentle, powerful, and deeply intentional. While there are many benefits of abdominal therapy, my heart is especially drawn to supporting women who are navigating fertility challenges, reconnecting with their bodies, and restoring balance from the inside out.

All three services—Holistic Abdominal Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Therapeutic Massage—are now available under the umbrella of Be Spoiled Body Works ✨

And this…this is what I’ve been building toward.

Starting something new at this stage of life has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. I get to do what I love — helping people feel better in their bodies, connecting with others, and creating a space where healing can happen in a real and meaningful way.

A website is coming soon, but for now, if you’re feeling called to this work or want to learn more, please reach out to me directly to book an appointment 💛

Thank you for being here. For supporting me. For watching this grow.

This isn’t just a business… it’s a purpose coming to life.

With love,
Patty
