🏢 We Are Expanding & Looking For Our Next Home! 🔍
Muscle, Mind, and Soul is growing, and we are officially on the hunt for a new, larger commercial space to accommodate our amazing team and clients. We are ready to move quickly for the right property, but we have some very specific requirements to ensure it meets county code and keeps things accessible for everyone.
If you own a property, know a landlord, or see a listing hitting the market in the Lewes, Milton, or Harbeson areas, send it our way!
📐 What We Are Looking For:
Size: A footprint between a minimum of 1,500 and a maximum of 2,500 square feet.
Accessibility: Must be ground-floor or completely elevator-served to stay fully accessible for all clients.
Zoning & Parking: If outside city limits, we require 8 to 13 dedicated, compliant off-street parking spaces (based on the Sussex County 1 space per 200 sq ft ordinance). If it's within town limits (like downtown Lewes or Rehoboth) where municipal parking or grandfathered exemptions apply, we are absolutely open to it!
Utilities: Because we run a high-volume clinical practice, a public sewer hookup or an existing high-capacity commercial septic system is a must. Standard residential septics won't work.
Location Exclusions: We are strictly avoiding the high-congestion Route 1 and Route 24 corridors unless it has an amazing back-road shortcut right next to it.
