Do you have a child that will be in Kindergarten or 12th Grade this fall? Add a dental screen to the summer plans and make sure to have the screening form completed while there. Dental screenings help detect dental disease and promote the importance of oral health for school readiness and learning. 🦷📚

Summer is the perfect time for a dental checkup! 🦷

👉If your student will be starting Kindergarten or 9th grade this fall, make sure to have their school dental screening form filled out during their visit.

Poor mental health can have negative impacts on our physical health, how we feel about ourselves, and how we interact with the world and those around us.

Visit samhsa.gov/mental-health for resources and support if you or someone in your life is struggling with mental health or contact your primary healthcare provider.
