🌞 Summer Solstice Yoga Class 🌞
Join us on June 20th at 9:00 AM for a powerful yoga practice honoring the longest day of the year.

We’ll be completing 108 Sun Salutations, counting one round as two, using Surya namaskar A & B.
We’ll move through 12 rounds total, with each yoga teacher guiding a round of 9, followed by a short break before the next begins.
This is a beginner friendly class with breaks, and modifications.
Followed by an amazing Shavasana. (sound bath, Reiki, and more)

After class, enjoy mimosas and a light brunch.
$25 suggested donation — all proceeds support a local privately owned animal shelter.

Start your summer with intention, strength, and community.

As a way to create even more alignment in our practice, I have started to do a special series that I am calling the "Body Map Yoga Series."

Every four weeks, will dive into a focused practice on a certain part of the body, group of muscles, or chain of movements. Throughout those four sessions, you will experience poses that specifically strengthen, lengthen and increase mobility of a targeted portion f the body. Some poses we will do each session with each week increasing the level of intensity that are aimed toward better movement. You can increase that intensity or stay at that first iteration of the pose we learn.

While there will be a targeted practice for four weeks, each class can still stand as an alone practice so anyone can join in at any time and if you miss a class, you do not miss out on anything. No special signup necessary, I am just providing some continuity to classes to build our bodies better. See you on the mat!

Sometimes the Universe has a way of bringing the right people into our lives at exactly the right time.

Stephanie first walked through our doors as a customer while visiting a friend. The moment I met her, I was so impressed by her warm, uplifting energy that I jokingly told her, “You need to move down here and work with us!” Little did I know that one day she actually would.

As we got to know Stephanie better, we discovered the incredible depth of her gifts and experience. With more than 10 years of experience as an intuitive Tarot reader, astrologer, and spiritual channel, Stephanie has a remarkable ability to help others gain clarity, healing, insight, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their life path.

We are also excited to share that Stephanie also does Past Life Regression, adding another powerful tool to help clients explore, heal, and grow on their spiritual journey.
