Pride is more than a celebration. It is a remembrance.
It is a time to honor the countless individuals who came before us—those who bravely stood up, spoke out, and fought for the right to live authentically, love openly, and exist without fear. Many faced discrimination, rejection, violence, and unimaginable challenges so future generations could experience greater freedom, visibility, and acceptance.
Pride reminds us that diversity is not something to tolerate—it is something to celebrate. Our differences in identity, expression, culture, and lived experience make our communities richer, stronger, and more compassionate.
As we honor the history of Pride, we are also called to continue its legacy. We can do this by creating safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, respected, and valued. We can choose kindness over judgment, understanding over fear, and love over hate. We can stand beside those whose voices are still being silenced and support those who continue to face barriers simply for being who they are.
Every person deserves to belong. Every person deserves dignity. Every person deserves to be loved exactly as they are.
This Pride Month, may we celebrate the courage of those who paved the way, embrace the beauty of human diversity, and continue building a world where everyone can live openly, safely, and authentically.
Love is powerful. Love is healing. Love belongs to everyone.

REIKI & SOUND HEALING ARE NOT AESTHETICS.
And honestly… watching what’s happening in these spaces is becoming painful.
Someone gets their first Reiki attunement three weekends ago.
Buys crystal bowls online.
Learns two nervous system buzzwords from Instagram.
Has one emotional release during a sound bath.
And suddenly they’re advertising themselves as a “trauma healer,” “quantum activator,” or “master energy practitioner.”
Charging vulnerable people hundreds of dollars to guide them through emotional states they are completely unprepared to hold.
Reiki is not just placing your hands on someone and dimming the lights.
Sound healing is not just playing bowls while people cry on yoga mats.
These practices can move people into deeply vulnerable emotional, energetic, spiritual, and nervous system states.
People release grief. Trauma surfaces. Panic emerges. Memories return. The body responds. The nervous system opens.
And too many people facilitating these spaces have absolutely no understanding of trauma, regulation, ethics, projection, transference, dissociation, or emotional safety.
But they have: A Canva logo. An Amazon singing bowl set. A white outfit. A spiritual Instagram bio. And a weekend certification.
And now people are sitting in front of clients claiming they can clear trauma, heal ancestral wounds, activate DNA, or remove energetic blocks they barely even understand themselves.
Real healers exist.
People who spent YEARS studying. Years practicing. Years learning humility. Years doing their own shadow work. Years understanding what it truly means to hold safe, grounded, ethical space for another human being.
The deepest practitioners I know are the ones who speak carefully about this work — because they understand the responsibility that comes with it.
Healing work should never become ego. Never become performance. Never become spiritual theater for social media content.
Your client’s vulnerability is not your branding strategy.
These are sacred practices. And sacred practices deserve reverence, integrity, discernment, ongoing education, and deep accountability.
Please be mindful who you trust with your energy.

THE RARE BLUE MOON ARRIVES MAY 31ST
A moon of endings, truth, and deep emotional release.
The Blue Moon illuminates what has been hidden in your emotional world, your heart, and your life path. It arrives to help you release what your soul has outgrown.
You may feel emotional waves, old memories resurfacing, fatigue, sensitivity, or sudden clarity about relationships, choices, and direction.
This is a time of release and realignment.
Releasing old identities, emotional pain, fear, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and anything that no longer supports who you are becoming.
Not everything ending is a loss.
Some things are leaving because your soul is choosing something more aligned.
Trust the release. Trust the timing. Trust what is clearing.

Blue Moon practices:

Release Writing Ritual
Write everything you are ready to let go of. Read it out loud. Burn or tear it safely.

Salt Cleansing Bath
Take a bath with sea salt or Epsom salt and imagine emotional heaviness dissolving from your body and nervous system.

Grounding Practice
Place your bare feet on the earth or sit against a tree. One hand on your heart. Breathe slowly and return to safety in your body.

Candle Clarity Ritual
Light a candle and ask:
What truth am I ready to see?
What am I being guided to release?
What needs more love within me?
Closing Affirmation
“I release what no longer belongs to me. I make space for peace, clarity, and alignment.”

This Blue Moon is a threshold between who you were and who you are becoming.

We spend so much of our lives believing that healing has to come through punishment.
That if we criticize ourselves enough, shame ourselves enough, push ourselves hard enough, eventually we will become “better.”
But shame has never been a sustainable teacher.
It may force change for a moment, but it rarely creates peace.
It rarely creates true healing.
You cannot hate yourself into becoming whole.
You cannot bully your nervous system into safety.
You cannot shame your body into rest, your heart into trust, or your soul into softness.
Real transformation begins the moment we stop treating ourselves like a problem to fix and start treating ourselves like someone worthy of care.
Growth happens differently when love is involved.
When we sit with ourselves gently instead of harshly.
When we allow mistakes to become lessons instead of lifelong identities.
When we stop asking, “What is wrong with me?” and begin asking, “What happened to me?” or “What do I need right now?”
So many of us carry inner voices shaped by old wounds, old environments, old survival patterns.
Voices that say we are behind.
Too emotional.
Too broken.
Too much.
Not enough.
But healing is not born from continuing the same inner violence that hurt us in the first place.
Evolution comes from compassion.
From learning how to hold ourselves through grief instead of abandoning ourselves inside it.
From allowing rest without guilt.
From speaking to ourselves with patience during the hard days.
From understanding that growth is not linear and healing is not a performance.
Some days evolution looks powerful.
Other days it looks like simply getting out of bed.
Drinking water.
Taking a deep breath.
Allowing yourself to cry.
Setting a boundary.
Choosing not to abandon yourself again.
That is healing too.
You are allowed to grow slowly.
You are allowed to begin again a thousand times.
You are allowed to become softer instead of harder.
Because in the end, the deepest transformations often happen not when we finally become perfect…
but when we finally learn how to love ourselves through the process of becoming.

Healing is rarely loud.
Most of the time, it happens quietly — in the moments when you stop fighting yourself long enough to finally listen.
One of the most profound things Reiki has taught me over the years is that many of us are not battling the world as much as we are battling parts of ourselves. The anxious part. The grieving part. The angry part. The abandoned inner child. The exhausted version of us that had to survive things nobody saw.
And when those parts finally begin to surface during healing, it can feel uncomfortable at first. Heavy. Emotional. Confusing.
But that does not mean you are failing.
It means your nervous system is finally beginning to feel safe enough to soften.
Reiki is not about “fixing” you because you were never broken. It is about creating a space where the body, mind, and spirit can stop being at war with themselves. A space where the parts of you carrying grief, fear, shame, sadness, anger, or exhaustion can finally be acknowledged with gentleness instead of judgment.
Sometimes during sessions, emotions rise unexpectedly. Tears come. Memories return. The body releases tension it has carried for years. This is not weakness. This is the wisdom of the body finally being heard.
Healing is not linear.
Some days you feel light and connected.
Some days you feel tender and undone.
Both are part of the process.
The truth is, healing often begins the moment we stop asking ourselves to “get over it” and start asking ourselves, “What do you need from me right now?”
Be gentle with yourself while you heal.
You are meeting parts of yourself that have been carrying pain alone for a very long time.
And those parts do not need punishment.
They need compassion.
They need safety.
They need rest.
They need love.
That is where Reiki can become so powerful — not as a quick fix, but as a practice of returning home to yourself again and again.

Years ago, I met K.
She came into the studio during one of the hardest chapters of her life — living with final-stage pancreatic cancer. But what always stayed with me was this: K did not come with expectations. She wasn’t searching for miracles or promises. She came simply looking for peace… comfort… softness in the middle of everything she was carrying.
And somehow, in those moments together, she became one of my greatest teachers.
K taught me about anticipatory grief — the kind of grief that begins long before someone leaves this world. The kind that quietly exists beside love. She showed me what courage can look like when someone knows time is limited, yet still chooses connection, gentleness, laughter, and presence.
She changed the way I hold space for my patients forever.
She deepened my faith in the healing power of simply being there.
Not fixing.
Not saving.
Just witnessing. Loving. Supporting.
K was beautiful in spirit. She was a mother, a wife, and someone who deeply loved nature. She and her family would take trips together exploring the earth, digging for rocks and stones, creating memories in forests, rivers, and quiet places touched by the natural world.
One of the treasures she gave me was a moonstone her family found together. I still keep it close.
Moonstone is often known as a stone of intuition, emotional healing, inner peace, and feminine energy. It reminds us that life moves in cycles — beginnings, endings, grief, rebirth, light and darkness — just like the moon itself. It is believed to help soften emotional overwhelm, encourage compassion, and gently support us through transitions and loss.
But this moonstone means even more to me because it carries K’s memory with it.
Every time I hold it, I think of her strength. Her tenderness. Her acceptance. Her love for her family and for nature. Sometimes before sessions, I hold that moonstone and quietly think of K. I ask her to help guide me, watch over my patients, and remind me what truly matters in this work.
Some people walk into your life and never really leave.
K is one of those souls for me.
She remains one of the stories from the studio that continues to live in my heart.

Why monthly reiki?

Monthly Reiki helps regulate your nervous system before stress and tension build up too deeply.
Consistent sessions support emotional processing, grounding, and mental clarity over time.
Reiki can help the body stay in a more balanced, restorative state, supporting overall well-being.
Regular energy work creates space to reconnect with yourself, reset, and receive intentional rest each month.

The Heart Chakra carries the energy of love, compassion, connection, forgiveness, and emotional healing. One powerful way to support and balance this energy center is through the chant YUM (pronounced “yum” — Y-U-M).
This sacred sound vibration is connected to the Heart Chakra, located in the center of the chest. When repeated gently and intentionally, the vibration of YUM can help soften emotional heaviness, calm the nervous system, and create a deeper connection to yourself and others.
Chanting YUM may help: • Open the heart to love and compassion
• Release grief, sadness, and emotional tension
• Create feelings of peace, warmth, and connection
• Support emotional healing and forgiveness
• Encourage balance between mind and heart
• Promote relaxation and inner harmony
You do not need to chant perfectly. Simply placing your hands over your heart, closing your eyes, and softly repeating “YUM” can become a beautiful practice of self-love and healing.

Sometimes healing begins with a single vibration. 💚

Sometimes I wonder what would happen if I could sit down and talk to my younger self.

Not the child version of me.
I mean teenage Loredana — the girl trying to survive high school while carrying pain she did not know how to explain.

Some memories from that time are beautiful. Others are very dark.

And if I could meet her today, the first thing I would do is hug her, even though I know she would feel awkward about it. Back then, she trusted logic more than emotions. Words more than affection.

But sometimes words are not enough.
Sometimes we simply need warmth.

I would look at her and see exhaustion, softness, grief, and strength all at once.

And I would tell her this:

“None of your pain was meaningless. None of your battles were wasted.”

Even though people once made her feel ugly, strange, too much, or not enough… I would only see someone beautiful, intelligent, sensitive, and full of potential.

I would remind her that one day her suffering would transform into wisdom. That she would rise from her pain stronger, softer, and more herself than ever before.

And when she asked me if happiness truly exists for someone like her, my answer would be simple:

“Yes. But do not spend your life chasing happiness. The most beautiful things often find us when we stop hunting them.”

Before leaving, she would remind me of something too:

To stop fearing pain so much.
To learn from it instead of letting it destroy me.

And maybe that is the lesson in all of this:

The way we speak to our past selves shapes the way we live in the present.
